SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES POLICY

Society Launch Co. may offer ongoing monthly website support or other subscription-based services.

Your subscription includes only the services described within the specific plan purchased.

Monthly Service Period

Services are provided during each active billing period.

Unused work, updates, or service allowances generally do not roll over unless specifically stated otherwise.

Additional Work

Requests exceeding the scope or allowance of your subscription may require an additional fee.

We will communicate with you before completing billable work outside your plan.

Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled according to the cancellation options available with the subscription at the time of purchase.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed for the current service period.

Work completed during an active subscription period remains non-refundable.

Third-Party Costs

Shopify subscriptions, domains, applications, themes, Meta advertising costs, Google advertising costs, CommentSold subscriptions, email platforms, and other third-party expenses are not included unless specifically stated.
