CLIENT CONTENT SUBMISSION POLICY

To keep projects moving efficiently, clients are expected to submit requested materials in a timely manner.

We recommend having your business information, photos, products, branding, policies, and other necessary content ready before purchasing a website package whenever possible.

If additional materials are requested after purchase, please provide them as quickly as possible.

Inactive Projects

Projects that remain inactive because required client materials, information, approvals, or access have not been provided may be placed on hold.

If a client becomes unresponsive for an extended period, Society Launch Co. reserves the right to close the project.

Closing an inactive project does not automatically create a refund or require Society Launch Co. to restart the project at a later date.

If the client wishes to restart a closed or significantly delayed project, additional fees may apply depending on scheduling, the amount of work remaining, and whether the original project scope has changed.
