REVISIONS & CHANGES POLICY
REVISIONS & CHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your final website or project, and reasonable revisions are part of the design process.
Your purchased package will determine the amount of design work, setup, and revisions included.
Included Revisions
Revisions must remain within the original scope of the service purchased.
A revision is generally considered an adjustment to work already created.
Examples may include:
• Changing wording
• Replacing an image
• Adjusting a section
• Moving content
• Minor layout adjustments
• Updating colors or styling
What Is Considered Additional Work?
Requests that significantly change the original project may require an additional fee.
Examples include:
• Adding new pages
• Adding additional products beyond the package allowance
• Creating entirely new sections after approval
• Changing the overall website direction after substantial work has been completed
• Adding new integrations or applications
• Adding functionality not included in the original service
• Rebuilding previously approved work
• Additional advertising campaigns
• Additional technical setup
Any additional charge will be communicated before the extra work is completed.
Final Approval
Once a client gives final approval, the project is considered complete.
Changes requested after final approval, project completion, or launch are not considered corrections to the original project and may be billed separately.
