When Does My Project Timeline Begin?

Purchasing a service reserves your project with Society Launch Co., but your turnaround time does not begin on the date of purchase.

Your project timeline begins only after Society Launch Co. has received all required materials necessary to begin your project.

Depending on your service, this may include:

• Completed client questionnaire
• Business information
• Logo and branding files
• Product information
• Product images
• Pricing
• Collections or categories
• Policies
• Website copy
• Domain information
• Shopify collaborator access or login access
• Social media information
• Required app or integration information
• Any other content specifically requested for your project

If we cannot begin because required information or access has not been provided, the project timeline has not yet started.

Estimated Turnaround

Turnaround times vary depending on the package purchased and the complexity of the project.

The estimated timeframe listed with your service begins after all required materials have been received.

Estimated completion dates are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur because of third-party platforms, apps, domain providers, Shopify, Meta, Google, payment processors, client-requested changes, technical issues, or circumstances outside the control of Society Launch Co.

We will always make a reasonable effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe.
