Time, planning, project availability, design work, research, setup, and administrative work are reserved specifically for each client.

Before Work Begins

If you purchase a service and need to cancel before work has begun, please contact:

Any refund or cancellation request made before work begins will be reviewed individually.

Processing fees or costs already incurred may be deducted where applicable.

After Work Has Begun

Once Society Launch Co. has started working on your project, payments are non-refundable.

This applies even if:

• You decide not to launch the business

• You change your mind about the project

• You change business names or concepts

• You decide to use another designer or company

• You fail to provide required information

• You fail to respond

• You no longer need the service

• Your business plans change

Because our work consists primarily of customized digital services, there is no physical product to return.
